PubGene Search

• Network Browser: 
  Browse literature or sequence neighbors with gene or protein lists.

  Query literature associations for genes or proteins with GO terms, MeSH terms, chemicals or mutations.

  Search (Boolean) for literature articles.

• Summary:
  Retrieve literature and sequence associations’ summary.

• Names Search:
  Find PubGene gene symbols in the PubGene nomenclature database.

• Sequence Homology:
  Rapid and sensitive sequence similarity searches powered by parallel computing technology

PubGene Analysis

• Expression Literature:
  Analyze gene or protein expression data with literature associations.

• K-Means Clustering:
  Cluster and view literature associations for gene or protein clusters.

• Chromosome Query:
  Compare chromosomal regions and get literature associations.
