Whole-genome and copy number variation analysis

Illumina offers several different whole-genome genotyping chips having different numbers of markes per sample. Illumina's whole-genome genotyping arrays enable profiling of samples of 300,000 to 1.2 million markers in a high-throughput manner. These chips and technology can also be used in copy number variation analysis.
