Custom genotyping - GoldenGate

Illumina's custom-based SNP genotyping on the Illumina GoldenGate technology is a cost efficient alternative for medium scale SNP projects, e.g. to replicate findings in genome-wide association studies or for screening a limited numbers of candidate genes. The GoldenGate technology enables examination of up to 96-, 384-, 768- or 1536 SNP loci simultaneously.
